If the item is damaged, defective, or faulty, Laxariah covers the return shipping cost
If the item is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping fee

For claims of defective or damaged items, we may ask for this unboxing video and clear photos of the issue so we can approve your return quickly
